When I saw the Spring has Sprung Theme for VSN, I immediately thought of flowers. Then I thought of ribbons, dies and how fun it would be to make rolled flowers.
My challenge is a Technique Challenge.... include rolled flowers on your card or altered project. Either take some ribbon and twist it down, or use dies, or just cut out your own!
1. ALL VSN CREATIONS MUST BE UPLOADED BY 10:00PM EST ON MONDAY, MARCH 12th.
2. You have 45 minutes to complete the challenge.
3. Please remember to put the correct keyword, MAR12VSNK, when uploading your image. Copying and pasting the challenge keyword is recommended to avoid typos.
4. Remember not to combine VSN challenges.
It is also highly recommended that you post a link to your creation in this thread to be sure your card is seen.
Instead of a card, I made a cute pillowbox.

I am I had such a collection going on pinterest of how to do this for all kinds of materials. as soon as the girlfriend leaves ( mixed couples teenage birthday party) Im headed back upstairs to try this again...
ack! 3/4 of my gallery is GONE and I have no link...because my photo doesn't show up...but I played and uploaded my card! Please tell me I'm not the only one who is having issues!! :(
hmm...I'll have to delete one if I ever get my gallery back! ;) It's a tad bit alarming to see all of my 2012/2011 cards just gone!

Heres my rose I had so much fun doing this and it was quick too.
I'm not sure what happened but my card down loaded to my gallery before I could get any details in. I have edited the entry but it's still not showing the details, should show up soon. First glitch in two days, thats not bad. he, he.

Sorry to hear some of you had some trouble! I did too when i first started, now I'm addicted.
I do recommend using hot glue when using felt or other fabric! Otherwise glue dots, gluber just don't work.

Thanks for the fun challenge. This encouraged me to give my rolled flower punch one more try! I wasn't able to make it work on previous attempts but last night...I think it turned out pretty well! The card is a little plain. I will probably add a bit more before I give it away....but ran out of time....rolling, rolling, rolling!!! Spring Rolls

Half of my gallery disappeared TWICE on Saturday night. It's a bit alarming isn't it? Thankfully it comes back.
