Congrats to the new design team ... and Congrats to all the spring guest designers. Your cards for this DT Challenge were AMAZING!! Your are a very talented groups of crafters and I know you will provide wonderful inspiration cards for the next three months!! Well done and well deserved!!!
Tilly.....I am so excited for you! You know how I have always LOVED your CAS style ....gosh, since we both joined SCS in 2004 :-) You were my 1st exposure to CAS.....although the name was not out there yet.
Jen....you were the one that really got me creating CAS seriously.
Congratulations again Tilly.......you are a fabulous choice for what is going to be an amazingly creative and inspiring Spring DT. Wow!!!! I can't wait!

It does work out very well in the long run Mary as every single card I've submitted for the 6 times I've tried out for this DT has been published and several have been on magazine covers. It keeps the magazine editors happy!
I don't know ArizonaMaine because she hasn't been around for long with only a few hundred cards in her gallery and I really don't know about Tilly. But I'll submit those cards and get paid and they'll end up on covers and that works for me! You are an awesome inspiration!

Thanks so much Mary. This has been so much fun tonight. It seems like just yesterday that I was literally jumping up and down with excitement to find out I was on the Winter DT and with 2 very talented stampers...Charlene and Loll. Such a great way to make new or renew old friendships :-)

In the same boat with you Cindy, the CAS design does seem to make those editors happy!! And the card I submitted for the first round of try outs was one of the CAS favorites last week! Woot! Woot! It's always a challenge trying out for DT's and I enjoy the process! Always a learning experience! Great job on the guest spot and congrats to the new team and the new guests! Everyone did an amazing job! Looking forward to playing along with some of the challenges!!

Hello All! WOW!
I just returned home from Church where 13 of us got together to make cards (200+) for the membership with a Lenten Blessing. I missed the whole party because we wanted the cards in the mail tomorrow to be received on Saturday and see reactions on Sunday. I have been a little busy cutting all the parts to be assembled this week.
Card making is always a party and I am so thrilled to have made the CAS SPRING DT! Congrats to Mary and Tilly also and I know we're going to have some FUN! CONGRATs also to the guest designers too! What a group!
Thank you Jen and Denise for all the hard work and this wonderful opportunity. Let's get card making!

Congrats to the new CAS team!!! Some lovely designs chosen and uber talented designers. I know being published is a nice, but the biggest blessing in this hobby is using the talents the Lord has given to create something beautiful out of stamps/ink/paper and pure inspiration. It really doesn't matter how long you have been stamping or how many cards are in your gallery...the important thing is that you ENJOY creating and sharing.
Jennie, you are so right about that. I love creating and sharing, and am heavily involved with Operation Write Home and my church ministry cards, and making projects that spread the gospel as well so I think my time would be better invested in getting back to that simple basic of glorifying the Lord instead of investing my time in something that will never come to fruition. I appreciate the redirect. I hope Melina reads this too because she's in the same boat and is a pastor's wife and could really use the encouragement right now. I'll email her this link. She participates in all of the challenges and uplifts others with her comments.

Oh wow! How cool. Thanks so much Jen and Denise for including me in the new Spring DT. I'm so excited to be in with Angela and Mary. Huge congrats to you 2 wonderfully inspirational stampers too, and the guest DTs as well. I'm really looking forward to being part of this new DT. Thanks too to the winter DT and guest DTs for their hard work and great cards over the past 3 months.
It's sooooo hot here in Brisbane but we go home to cooler old New Zealand tomorrow. We will miss being with our family here but all good things come to an end. We are off up the coast for the day today - country markets, beach and happy times.
Back to 'normal' soon. Have a great weekend everyone, and again, thanks for the honor of being chosen for the DT for this round.
