Welcome! I'm near Dayton too, know of any good stores for paper and other goodies? We moved here a couple months ago and I sure miss knowing where to go to find stamping goodies (other that SU of course).

Aside from the JoAnn's, Michaels and Hobby Lobby I go to Marco's paper, here's their website.....they have a retail location in Centerville that has tons of stamp supplies and lots of paper (they don't cater so much to scrapbookers though so don't have a lot of patterned paper). I like it because you can buy cardstock by the sheet and they have matching envies for most of their paper.
Also did you hear about the new JoAnn's Superstore opening in May by the Dayton Mall?.....I'm super excited about that.
Hi, I also live in the Dayton area. Email me and I can give you a list of the scrapbook stores in the area. We should plan a get together for eveyone in the area.
Two places I like are the RubberBowl off North Fairfield Road (near Dayton Xenia Ave) and Stop N Crop on Dayton Xenia. The Rubber Bowl has a very nice selection of stamps and the owner has classes regualrly. You can put your name on her mailing list to get a monthly newsletter with classes, store specials and other special events. The Stop N Crop caters mostly to the scrapper but the paper selections is quite good. The ladies there get new papers regularly. You can check out their website at stopncropshop.com. Both store are very close to the Fairfield Commons Mall.
WELCOME! As the others have told you, this is very addicting and marvelous. Everyone here is great. I have been away from Ohio for 46 years, but I was born and raised in Cuyahoga Falls, right out of Akron. Still go back fairly often. We try to get to Dayton to the airplane museum every year. My DH loves airplanes. I'm glad to know about the stores around, in case I get a chance to go while there. Enjoy SCS Janet
Welcome from Chesterland, Ohio (suburb of Cleveland).
