If you like kettle corn you are going to love this recipe. It is mmm mmm good!
It's called Popcorn crunch......the recipe....

About 4 1/2 quarts popped corn or 1/2 cup unpopped corn popped.
1/2 cup butter
1/2 brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:

Preheat over to 350. Pour the popped corn into a large roasting pan. I used a large round metal bowl. Melt the butter in a small saucepan and whisk in the brown sugar until melted.

Pour the sugar mixture over the popcorn and sprinkle with salt.

Mix well with a large spoon until the popcorn is coated. (I used a spatula)

Bake the popcorn for 5 minutes, stir and continue baking 5 additional minutes. Cool for 10 minutes or so before serving. The popcorn will keep well in a covered container......if there is any left, that is. hehe Once you start eating this it is hard to stop. Trust me.

Here is a hint on popping the popcorn that I got from Bailmac, Pam. Put the unpopped corn into a brown lunch bag, staple the top shut and pop in the microwave. Works like a charm.
