Also...I am going to be away Thursday morning next week...going to spend a night at the cottage with my mom and the kids. Do you think you can manage to wait for the challenge until the late afternoon? There is no computer there so the only other alternative is to post Wednesday morning...what do you prefer?
Please remember to put WT51 in your keywords section and post a link back here...If you need help, pm me. I may be slow but i will get back to you.
I'm here....thrilled to see this one...love my watercolor crayons...and this coming from someone who didn't like to color before!! They are wonderful. So smooth.
I'll see what I can accomplish! I still need to do last weeks challenge, but I'll tell you those Pockets and Pieces are very intimidating to me! Off to see what others did with them!!
Thanks Julia, and have a wonderful time at the cottage, that sounds very relaxing!!
Location: In my Happy Place with no one bothering me....I hope!

Thanks Julia!! I really need to start using my crayons.... I hardly ever go to them. Can't wait to see what people do with this one!
About next week.... you do what works best for you..... we can wait until the afternoon. We don't need to be stressing you out before your visit! Have a blast!!
I just got back in. Darling DD forgot her flute this morning so mom had to run over to the school. What would my two lovely DD's do if I worked full-time?
Thanks Julia, great challenge, I just got petal prints so I think I will do the challenge with that set.
Rebeka, you and I are the same with the pockets and pieces. I hauled mine out for last weeks challenge and they are stilll sitting on my desk haunting me.
Just got up, 6:45 here, if I stalked any earlier I'd have to check in to a rehab program! I love my crayons, so this will be fun for me! the pockets and pieces was a hard one due to not having any! But I did do it. Julia, do whatever is best for you next week, but maybe we can have a heads up so we aren't sitting waiting and can let the "late" comers know what's up for you! Off to get coffee and rattle an idea out of my brain...

I had to run to the high school two days in a row this week...Monday to deliver a suit and tuxedo shirt with all the trimmings for a Music Festival and Tuesday, arrows for an archery tournament. I am soooo thankful that we live in the country but only 5 minutes away from the schools and the mall.

Just punch something out and put it on...doesn't have to be spectacular...I find once I've used something once, it gets easier all the time. Just do it!
I'm here too - just kiddin' with the stalkin! I love watercolor crayons and use them 99% of the time; my second favorite is watercolor pencils. Have lots in my gallery, but will make something new for this challenge as soon as I shower.
Julia - we can wait - go and have fun! Thanks for posting the watercolor challenge!

Actually....I may post it Wednesday morning as it may be a bigger challenge because it is the anniversary of the WT challenges. Then you all can all have lots for me to see when I get back! As long as this isn't going to bother Rox or anyone else to have me posting on the sketch challenge day...let me know!
My husband must have caught wind that I've been stamping so he's sending me on all these crazy errands today. I'm going to try to squeeze one in tonight. Here's a card I did back in December that I used watercolor crayons for. I colored directly on the stamp and spritzed with water. I was inspired by a card that Carole Richardson had done with daisies. I used petal prints. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
I'm here, too. I said I was going to stamp & I got another card done for MamaK's crazy color challenge. Only one more to go! YES! Julia, I am another one who really doesn't like to color. I have a set (like SU's), but of 60 watercolor pencils & NEVER get them out. But I bought the WWC & love them. All of my chicken & froggie cards use them -- love the aqua painters with them.
In reference to next week, for the sake of all of us stalkers, if you wanted to PM the challenge for next week to me (early, of course ), I'd be happy to post it on Thursday morning for ya! I wouldn't want you to stress about getting back home to post it.
Oh and I wanted to say that I'm probably a stalker too. Just a non posting one. When I got on this morning, the posting stalkers had started their "good morning, where's the challenge thread" already. I was suprised that 9 whole minutes had gone by after Julia's posting without anyone's comment!
Kept myself from stalking (ok!ok!OK!! I was "looking...not stalking" some other threads earlier). Actually was checking out Kittie747's gallery and looking at her beautiful watercolors!! What an inspiration!!! Don't have the crayons but do have the pencils...haven't played any of the challenges this week...might be able to squeeze one in (DH is home sick, don't know how much work THAT will entail...plus have to do hot lunch at DS's school....geez, don't these people know that there's stamping to be done?!!!
Just so you know, stalking in the morning is fun. Great chance to gab and have fun while the rest of my family is crabbally (is that a word) getting ready for work and school.
Julia, post whenever you can next week. Well survive! Barely, but we will.
Here's mine, first try with WWC on Petal Print.
I love my watercolor pencils, they're just a little intimidating for us coloring-challenged people sometimes. I've had a few lessons from my DH, so I think I'm getting a bit better. Anywho, these are the most recent cards I've done, I try to get another one done this weekend!
I'm one of the early birds just taking a peek because now I am at work. I saw Julia's post 2 minutes after it was up, but didn't want to be the first stalker to post. Hope you're feeling better Julia.
Julia~ another "big" anniversary challenge!!?? I haven't even finished the CC one! Well, this will give me the kick in the pants to get going! And once started I just have to finish! Loving all the stuff posted, you gals are doing a great job! Off to stamp and color.....

I promise it won't be near as large as MamaK's! Don't want to steal her thunder and I'm just not up to it!

WHAT! I will boycot the Ways to Use it challenge! LOL! Post it when you get the chance Julia, life does get in the way of SCS once in a while! I doubt I'd get any followers anyway for my boycot!
I got busy this morning and haven't had time to even check this out until now so knowing me I'll forget to look until Thursday anyway! I hope you have fun, it doesn't sound like you had any this week!
Well, back to my sorting task but I'll be back with a creation since I have SU and Caran D'ache crayons which I got for only 8.00 for 30...way, way back before SU jumped on the band wagon! I have black and grey....wahoo!
