This is my story!
1. Speaking of Harry Potter! I have never seen a Harry Potter movie! Well, I take that back, as of yesterday, I had not seen one. For years, we've been thinking it would be fun to watch them in order and catch up to the rest of the world! I bought the first 6 movies dirt cheap so we are well on our way! At least I know the gist of the story now! Yikes!
2. We are off to have tea with Harry but upon arrival, the scene is a little bit scary! He can't seem to get his bearings on the plans for the day. He's finding it difficult to navigate through the story and without him leading the way, a special birthday may go un-celebrated! Its mass confusion! Not good!
Mary, Mary, Quite Contrary, how does your garden grow?

Little Bo Beep, she's still lost with her sheep?
Oh brother, Potter, can't you spot her?

Hey Diddle, Diddle, it's the cat and the fiddle!

It's Hansel and Gretel! Is that a tea kettle?
Oh brother HP! You really can't see!

Old Mother Hubbard! Is that you in the cupboard?
Oh brother you guys, he needs glass on his eyes!

We cannot be tardy to this all important party!

It's on to Plan B to help Harry Potter see!
Bring presents, balloons, confetti, and cake.
An extra pair of specs for Harry Potter's sake!
Nothing will be greater, nothing will be hotter.
Than a birthday party scene through the eyes of Harry Potter.
CHALLENGE TRANSLATION:
This is the first official Teapot Tuesday sketch challenge with a twist! Ha! Make a card any size, any shape but the layout should include two framed circles side by side resembling Harry Potter eye glasses. In the circles show birthday party images. Balloons, cake, confetti, cupcakes, presents, etc. A birthday party as seen through the eyes of Harry Potter! You get extra cookies if a wizard is hanging around your birthday party scene!
DESTINATION STATION:
This week our destination is Bellingham, WA. If you would like a destination for your cards this week, how about sending them to Hunter Renz, the oldest son of Katie Renz who recently lost her battle with cancer. Charlene (cookiebaker) brought to my attention that Hunter will be celebrating his 12th on December 1st. This will be his first birthday without mom to make it special. Showering Hunter with hand made birthday cards will give him a little something to look forward to at the mail box.
