I agree, check with place where you bought the die. Take a sample with you. Memory Box is a very reputable company.

I have a friend who had a stamp that was mounted crooked on the wood so that when she tried to cut it the compatible die, the two didn't match. Dave Brethauer was here teaching some classes that we so she showed him her samples and there was no problem making an exchange.

Good luck. I have this die but haven't tried to cut an image yet but it have cut some other delicate die with success.
