Some of you were talking about VA. I lived in the Hampton Roads area (Newport News) most of the 25 years my husband was in the Navy. We still miss it....everything but the traffic that is. We've been in Indiana 6 years now and small town, rural life has grown on me. I'll never forget what someone told my daughter when she said she missed the ocean. "Just stand in the corn fields, they sound like the ocean." Ummmm, not quite helpful to my 14yo daughter adjusting to the new setting.
