This weeks Inspiration Challenge comes from Urbanrose, who takes locket design to a whole new level. You can see even more designs in the Urbanrose Etsy Store.
For those of you who say you get overwhelmed with having too many choices, Ive uploaded five of my favorites so just stick with one (or all) of those for your inspiration. The rest of you, remember to let us know which item from Urbanrose that inspired you (you can link to pages, but no individual items, so just tell us where you item is located on that page).
I had Diane (pinkberry) join me this week to make an additional inspired card.
Use the keyword: IC299(no spaces or extra characters) when you upload your card, and make sure you put commas between your key words.
How to Play ~ View the attached images. You may be inspired to recreate the pieces ~ but that isn't necessary ... get your inspiration from the colors, layout, style or 'theme'. Just enjoy wherever your inspired creative journey takes you. Remember, if you are inspired by the creation of another artist, please do not use print-outs of the art in your creation or directly copy their work. Make the inspiration piece your own. Don't worry ~ no card is 'wrong' and there is no time limit for uploading your card for the challenge. There are no rules, so let your creative juices run wild ~ be *inspired* and go get stamping!
Don't forget about No Upload Sunday - Let's give the gallery moderators a day off and not upload on Sunday (unless, of course, you are a Fan Club member - yet another reason to spend a little money on your favorite site). Also, remember to link to your SCS gallery on this thread. Thank you for joining me on this inspiration journey.
Another terrific site, Stef! Their jewelry is beautiful. I found my inspiration very quickly since I have a Penny Black stamp that is so similar to the design on a pendant. Thanks again!
Cool looking. I'm drawn to that Paris one already as I just bought an Eiffel Tower stamp this week. Got to go out and buy some camping stuff, but I'll be really looking forward to making something this afternoon.

Before I get started on today's VSN challenges, I had to finish up a couple from last night that I didn't have a chance to do. So I combined one of them and did a second card for today's Inspiration Challenge.
This was a fun site! Sadly I am a beginner and couldn't find a tree stamp to really work with...I just LOVE some of their tree ideas .... I went for something super simple. Not sure what I think of it....it seems too simple....I tried a ribbon and I tried some rhinestones...but it didn't look right to me....so here is strength
Thanks you, Stef. You did it again. Here's my card - finished in between running errands, cooking lunch (and next I have to hold the rope while DH cuts a tree) It's a good day.

IC299 Bring on the Happy for Eula! MMTPT162
Here is a birthday card I made for the today's (9/6/11) Teapotter challenge. An item from the IC299, Urbanrose challenge inspired me. The cuff link (no pun intended!) is referenced in the post.
