Just want to share the poor customer service. The company claims they sent my order but there is no record of it ever being delivered. Every response I get from them is "we are sorry, we sent it". They refuse to investigate, talk about resolving the issue, or provide a resolution. I am so frustrated.
Yeah first I would ask to speak to the owner and if you get no resolution I would call the Better Business Bureau and I would let them know you are going to do it. Get everyone's name you talk to. Good luck!
no however still file. Also file with your credit card you might even be able to reverse the charges. I am so sorry your having isssues with this company.
It says they are Paypal verified...did you pay with Paypal? If you file a case with Paypal they may be able to get it resolved for you... or get your money back...
I had an order from another company last week that said delivery confirmed but I received no package ... a week later the package mysteriously showed up in my mailbox.
Maybe your package was "misdelivered" and will show up too.
I agree with sillyfilly. Go to the BBB online and file a complaint. Call the credit card company too and explain you never received your order. People who can't run a business properly have no right to continue and the only way they will change is by what we the customers, do about it.
I think filing with Paypal as soon as possible to get your money back is a great option. They have to PROVE with paypal with tracking that your package was sent. I hope it has not been more than 60 days. You have to file with Paypal within 60 days for a refund.
Let us know how it goes.
blessings.
Open up a PayPal dispute if you paid with PayPal, or go through your credit card company if you paid by credit card. Going to the BBB will accomplish nothing. I've done it twice, and they were of no help at all. In fact, they stopped answering my emails when I tried to follow up on a complaint that they never finished pursuing. All the BBB will do is record the complaint. They won't get you your money back or your order delivered.
Thanks everyone. I have filed a complaint with PayPal and the BBB. It feels good to at least have done something. The disappointment is that the company won't even discuss the issue. I just get the same line from them. Ugh, customer service is so important!
I agree with Scrapjanny & leoninsutherland. I've had great service with Paypal when I had a simular experience with another company. The company wouldn't talk to me or Paypal so Paypal reversed the funds themselves so I was able to get my money back at least.
Good luck and let us know how you make out.
I pay with my credit card, and when something like this happens, I withhold payment on the item. I provide my credit card company with copies of correspondence to and from the company. My credit company investigates, and I have never had to pay for an item I didn't receive.
The same thing happened to me. I placed an order in July but I never received it. I filed a complaint with my credit card company and sent them the tracking information to prove that I never received my order. You're right - customer service is everything. I haven't heard from them since July about my order. The rep at the credit card company told me not to worry cause they will help me get a refund on the basis of goods not received. I hope everything works out for you!

anyone have any suggestions for what I can do?
I never received what I ordered either...I submitted it to PayPal...seeing what they are going to do about it. If I had purchased on VISA, I would just dispute it with VISA and they would definitely credit me. Stuff 4 Scrapbooking ignored my emails...calls...it is like they do not exist once they take your money and do not give you your product. RIP OFFS. I reported them to BBB....
Just FYI: Stuff 4 Scrapbooking is on Amazon's Marketplace. Someone recently sent me a gift from them through Amazon, and it was delivered quickly with no problem. I suggest anyone having trouble with that company go to Amazon and write a review. That may spur Stuff 4 Scrapbooking into action. I'm betting they don't want a continuous bad rap there.
I appreciate everyone's comments. I am in the middle of a Better Business Bureau complaint process. They act like a moderator. So far, Stuff 4 Scrapbooking is not budging an inch. It's interesting I got very little response from them before, but now with the BBB it's another story. I seriously doubt I will get my product or refund but at least I am doing something. I will go to Amazon. Thanks!
Just an update: The BBB downgraded the company to a D+ since they refused to work with me - no negotiation, no compromise. I am still out my $$ but at least I feel like I got something accomplished. Thanks everyone.
Did you order online? How did you pay? If you paid via paypal - do a paypal dispute to get your money back - also if you paid via credit card - contact the credit card company and file a dispute. Don't settle for not getting your money back.

I did order via PayPal and lodged the dispute. Unfortunately, it needed to be done within 45 days. During that 45 days I was dickering with Stuff 4 Scrapbooking. I should have immediately gone to PayPal. So I have a complaint but it doesn't hold as much weight. Thanks for the suggestion though. I really have run out of options.
YEP YOU ALL ARE SO RIGHT... i ordered 3items from stuff4 they confirmed my address and sent it to marlton, new jersey
i am now trying to resolve this I CALLED usps AND OPENED AN INVESTIGATION
also i bought this through AMAZON so they said if i didnt get a resolution by tomorrow they would file a complaint called a-z something and get my money back...
the complaints on line are horrible and amazon has it to i just never had a problem with amazon ever...
and for an up date the BBB has them listed as a "F"
BEWARE
Amazon will stand behind you!! Last year I had a problem with a company that sold through Amazon. It was one excuse after another from the company. . Finally I contacted Amazon. They investigated the complaint and in a couple of days they refunded my money.

This really worries me. I cancelled an order with them. I can't get anyone to answer, keeps going to voice mail. I paid with credit card, I will contact them.
I HOPE IT TURNS OUT ALRIGHT... IM STILL WAITING I told them they dont want to mess with me i have all day to smear them everywhere online...
just GOOGLE there name stuff4scrapbooking AND all these comments come up from different sites.
yeah amazon said if they didnt have my order to me by tomorrow they would file a claim against them... there even on SEARS website... there not consistant with there shipping... if i confirmed my address how did it end up in New Jersey and i live in Va.. good uck guys

Yes, this is what shady companies/sellers do because they know full well that there's a time limit on when you can file against them. They'll keep you on the hook by giving you *just* enough attention to keep your hope going, then as soon as the deadline passes, they shut the door in your face.
When, and I say "when" because I have experience with the BBB, the BBB says they can do no more because Stuff 4 Scrapbooking will not negotiate in good faith, you can file against Stuff 4 Scrapbooking with your state's Attorney General. There will be info on the AG's website.

yes i agree. i filed an investigation with USPS they called me this moring and toldme someone returned my package that was misdelivered...
all i know is someone doesnt want me to play with my three new dies and one is the cut tuck and fold die with like 5 things in it...
That in itself should be a crime....
Just a little something to add regarding the Better Business Bureau: They can lodge complaints and provide ratings, but they have ZERO power to do ANYTHING else! I bought a commercial (walking foot) sewing machine from a VERY reputable ebay store, but since I was communicating directly with the store owners (outside of ebay), I had almost NO recourse when things went bad. The owners completely disregarded all communication from BBB and there was nothing that they could do. Expensive lesson learned...
I'm sure that Amazon and credit card companies have MUCH more influence and more avenues to correct situations like yours, so stick with that, I guess...
The only thing I could add is try to file a lost parcel with the postal system. I don't know how yours works, but here in Aus the sender is supposed to lodge the missing complaint. A couple of times I've had things go missing, and the sender has brushed me off and I've had to try myself. Hopefully it's just been misdelivered and they can get it to you. But the store definitely should have sorted this out - not good customer service!
I totally agree BBB cant make them do anything but give them a bad
rating...but i believe Amazon should of checked these people out long ago with all the stuff they have done to some of these people....i will definitely check the seller out before buying from Amazon..
Happy New year scrappers stay safe
Wow, I was really surprised to see this thread about Stuff4scrapbooking. I have had several transactions with them, all within the past month or so and their service has been flawless. I started dealing with them through Amazon, but after the first successful order experience, I dealt with them directly. Orders have been processed quickly, mailed promptly and delivered in record time.
I'm sorry to hear about the problems others have experienced. : Now I'm debating about whether I should order from them again or find other companies fill the gap. Oy!
I have never had a problem with Amazon until now...
I just talked to the Richmond affairs office 1-804-775-6313(this is who knows about your mail moving)
I thought it was misdelivered.... nope its being sent back to them and it never had my address on it... ironios
i have an a-z claim filed with Amazon now i have 10 day s to see if i get a refund or what...
very frustrated
I've had great success with them so far, can't beat their prices, I actually currently have a cart full of stuff (over $300) but hadn't submitted yet because I'm waiting on one more product to come in. And now...I don't know. I'm really worried. I would have never thought they'd pull this sort of thing, after I had such a great time dealing with them (over a year ago).

I found my way here following a pin to a website where leoniesutherland's complaint was made and followed that to here. The one main thing in all business is "Good news travels - BUT BAD news travels a heck of a lot faster!!" I purchased one item through Amazon that was only available from Stuff4Scrapbooking. I had no alternative but to purchase from them but... I don't take too kindly to being gouged for shipping so have never returned.
As customers, we really are helpless when we really really want something. I am relatively new to online shopping but I also do not have a great deal of funds to risk so am very cautious as too where they go and how they get there. I found another supplier here in Ontario (Scrappin Great Deals) where I found found excellent shipping rates, good prices, good customer relations.
The one power that we do hold over a BAD supplier, such as Stuff4Scrapbooking is word of mouth! And.. with the internet, and so many discussion boards available today, it takes very very little to spread the news. The only thing that so many of these businesses have that separate the good from the bad is 'customer relations'. Obviously, Stuff4Scrapbooking hasn't figured that out. I will never go back after reading this thread.. and would never recommend anyone else to deal with them.
To that extent, leoniesutherland, you have indeed won your case. You may not have got your money back... but you have certainly affected their business. In that, we can take pride.
Open up a PayPal dispute if you paid with PayPal, or go through your credit card company if you paid by credit card. Going to the BBB will accomplish nothing. I think a lot of people don't realize that the BBB has no enforcement powers. They are just a rating agency. They cannot force a business to do anything.
