I was sitting at the dinner table on Saturday night telling my family that I needed to come up with a challenge for this week. My oldest son said we should have a challenge where you make a card without your hands. He's a funny funny boy. We got a good laugh trying to come up with ways we could do that..... but I promise, that won't be on our techniques to try list!
~ Reverse Masking Revisited ~
Nearly four years ago, this technique was featured in the TLC (TLC111). It is such a great technique that I thought we would revisit it today. There is a tutorial (with VIDEO) in the resources section HERE. This technique is perfect for CAS cards!!
Here's my card for the challenge. Great idea to re-do this Holly. Thanks for another challenging challenge!

This is a lovely technique, Holly, and well worth revisiting. New cardmakers come on board every day. I hope the edging on my card for today qualifies since I wanted to combine challenges. Thanks for a fun Monday!
I saw this technique a few weeks ago while browsing through the resourse page. I had to try it because I had the stamp set that was used on the demo so I made it in 2 color ways. It's pretty much the same as the demo, so not very creative on my part, except for the 2 color ways, but loved the way it came out anyway.

I had a hard time with this one too! My fingers are VERY inky after this one! Thanks for another great challenge and a technique that was worth revisiting. Here's my Birthday Mask
All the cards in this gallery are so beautiful! I didn't use the technique as my main focus on this card but I did use it! Birdie Anniversary I'll have to try this technique again as the focal point...

Wonderful challenge, Holly! The reverse mask inspired me to do a tech I haven't done in a long time: faux postage. Here's my Christmas Magic. Thanks so much for looking!
But one thing... I almost cut out my scallop when I tried to re-emboss it
to emphasize it. What the heck did I do wrong???:confused::confused:
It's been a long time since I've done sponging and any new techniques--LOVED trying this reverse mask and love how it came out. THANK YOU for such a great technique!! Here's mine:
