The more the merrier! Check out this THREAD-- it should answer most of your questions. The challenges do not have to be done at those exact times, that is when they are posted; and, each challenge has it's own thread so we can chat live. However, if you cannot be there there is another thread that contains a Master List of all the challenges.

This officially gets going at 6 tonight right? This will be my first time, so I'm probably going to need instructions on how/where to upload etc. I am a little bit computer illiterate unfortunately. I think I know enough to be dangerous! Can't wait.

You do have a week to upload. I know there is a thread on how to upload but I don't have the link. Maybe someone can post it here for you or you can do a search. I know the biggest thing is reducing the size of your photo before uploading. I have PSE and I Resize to 650 pixels which might be equal to about 2 inches.
