Here is something that may be new to many of you it was to me, so I decided to share it!!
The idea here is to punch out shapes or cut layers or strips out and then adhere them to your card base piece. Once adhered, place the entire layer in an embossing folder of your choice and emboss both the punched out shapes/layers/strips and the base piece all together. The result looks like seamless embossing you have just embedded your shapes/layers to the card base. I know this sounds like a foreign language, but if you look at the samples you will see what I mean. Its fun!!! Give it a try!!
I soooo cant wait to see what all you creative wizards come up with!!

Fun challenge, Wendy. I have seen this technique on many cards lately, but had never tried it myself. You gave me the push I needed. I combined your challenge with the QFTD one.

What a cool technique and challenge Wendy!! Hopefully I'll get to play a bit later. I was just thinking about this type of thing and was wondering how it was done. Thanks for telling us. :>)
I just discovered this technique a few months ago and I love it!
Thanks for making it into a challenge today. I hope to have some time within the next week to make a card for this.
I'll go look through the gallery and see everyone's amazing ideas!
