The ones that people are finding on sale for $100 are the colored expressions that came out in November. I'm guessing that it depends on where you live on if they have marked them down. I know that I saw someone post a month or two ago that they got one in Louisiana or Florida for $100. The Walmarts around me have not marked them down, they are still going for $198.

I got a plum one from a Walmart in Shreveport, LA last month. They had all the colors. There are 4 Walmart's where I live and only 1 had them clearanced for $100.
Someone in NY told me that she'd found one on Long Island. She also said they were gone. I checked just one store here with no luck. Perhaps I need to check further.
Yep, our stores here are $198. The lowest I have seen is $175 online. Would love to get it, but I told my DH I would sell my little one first.....no luck on that so the only way I will get the bigger one is if they drop the price and I can get a really good deal...then still plan on selling my little one.
Our WM still has several, but they never mark anything Cricut down. They still have the WM exclusive cartridges for $39.00...practically all the original themes and quantities! They wrecked their scrapbooking/crafting area quite awhile back. You can't even buy a decent adhesive in this town now!
I was in Middletown OH yesterday and the WM there has yellow, plum, and teal Es on the shelf -- still at $198. Their Lites were all $39, too. I've read that some stores have started clearancing the Lites, but not around here.

Last week I purchased an aqua expression from Wally world for $175, it included 2 carts. My DH thinks the color is horrible but I like the way it pops against my apricot walls.
