SBVC142 - Frame It
I always use photo mats on my pages and it varies on how many photos I mat. For today’s challenge I thought I would change the norm. Instead of matting a photo, I want you to FRAME IT! You can frame it with flowers, ribbon, gems or even tear the paper with the photo peeking from underneath.
For my page I cut the center from a photo mat and place the photo underneath, however you choose as long as one photo is FRAMED and not matted.

Here is a LO I made as an album cover, but think it would also make a great scrapbook layout. I framed the verse.
