I will say that I did not care for the Prismacolor watercolor pencils. I have the full set of Derwents, and I love those. I have a few of the Albrecht Durers and the pigment is verrrry vibrant - I'd love to have more of those ones. I'm collecting the Inktense set slowly. I wouldn't call them a watercolor pencil, though they're used with water, as the pigment is inkbased... but they are really fun to work with, and soooo vibrant. They're nice for deep shading as well. Also by Derwent are the Graphitint pencils - those are dark earthy shades, and can also be blended with OMS or water.
