Happy to be filling in for Stephanie this week! The web store for the Inspiration Challenge this week is the fun and amusing "Uncommon Goods" ("Anything but Ordinary") webstore. You are bound to find something here that brings a smile to your face!! I found so many fun, inspiring and unusual items that I lost track of time going through it!! (Who doesn't need anEmergency Clown Nose??)
Use keyword IC270 (no spaces or extra characters) when you upload your card, and make sure you put commas between your key words. If you don't have time to spend browsing the website, attached are a few of the fun items from the store that you are welcome to use as your inspiration.
How to Play ~ View the attached sample images and/or browse the suggested website. Get your inspiration from the the individual items, patterns, themes or color schemes. Just enjoy wherever your inspired and creative journey takes you! Make the inspiration piece your own! Don't worry ~ no card is 'wrong'! There is no time limit on this challenge and there are no rules. Let your creative juices run wild ~ be *inspired* to create, have fun, and share your artwork!!
Don't forget about No Upload Sunday - Let's give the gallery moderators a day off and not upload on Sunday (unless, of course, you are a Fan Club member - yet another reason to spend a little money on your favorite site). Also, remember to link to your SCS gallery on this thread. Thank you for joining me on this inspiration journey.
Well I think I set myself a new record - looked at the site, saw a great piece of wall art and 10 minutes later I've got a card! That NEVER happens to me!
Great choice Anne! Here's my quick and easy Valentine - TFL!
I'll be back in the morning to browse the gallery!
I'm going to have a house full of people (my daughter-in-law, her friend, her friend's daughter, and my granddaughter) in my house tomorrow making Valentine cards for a senior citizens center, so I thought I'd better do my IC card tonight (well, this morning -- it's 1:09 as I am typing this).

Wasn't that so sweet of Zoya B to register and leave comments last week .
Amazing site today - lots of inspiration, not enough time.
I made this Grunge Rose, and since we had a big bowl of minestrone for lunch I don't need to cook a big meal tonight and might even find the time for another card.
Thanks, Anne.
