I'm trying to mix it up with Mix-Ability every Friday (little behind!)
I'm looking forward to getting my last 3 pages for the month done so I meet my goal! I dropped my camera at work about 2 weeks ago onto the concrete floor so I've got to get a new one. I thought it would work but all I get on the screen now is funny looking white lines. I'll have to ask for a new one for Valentine's Day. This is the first time ever that I've dropped a camera! I was going to do a monthly DPS to make a book at the end of the year but I can't take pics until I get that one replaced so January's pages will have to be creatively done
OUCH!!! Aw, Terry I feel so bad that you dropped your camera :( But it can be fun buying a new one :-)

Ditto the OUCH! that Mary Pat said. I'd be lost without my camera--but I have 3 (long story) so the only problem I ever encounter is my batteries dying when I'm somewhere. I'm pretty good about not letting that happen. Boy, I wish I got expensive gifts like cameras for Valentine's Day!
stalking but not sure I can play... dh is away and the boys probably won't let mom have that scrappy time, but we'll see
If you can't play, at least you can chat along and hopefully play later! Since there will only be the 2 challenges tomorrow, I asked for the 4 hours of alone time. We'll see I'll probably have to use some sort of bribe, (er I mean incentive), to help that along!
Well I would have to decide if endless hours of ds2 watching Piglet's Big Movie and ds1 watching Disney Channel would be worth it :mrgreen:..Sometimes the pain of the same songs over and over is more than I can bear.... I will be throwing dinner in the crockpot though tomorrow morning and ds2 will have a nap during the first challenge.... perhaps I'll think of a project for ds1..... :twisted:

I won't be playing unless I get my craft room cleaned up. It is a mess again. I'm going to fix dinner and then get to it.

I have almost given up trying to keep it clean. I do one thing, and its a mess again! Anyway: Play weather you get it cleaned or not!!!
wasn't it Phyllis Diller that said cleaning was like shoveling before it stopped snowing (especially if you have kids?) I think our craft desks are similar... although I have to clean up between layouts - at least my work surface. the rest of the room can look like a bomb went off
snowing here now... and hubby isn't here to run the snowblower in the am. not sure I'm feeling motivated to shovel our monster driveway either.....it'll melt by June....

I worked a little bit on cleaning tonight but I also had to get a card finished and ready to post tomorrow for one of my DT's then had to pick up DD1. I'll work on it more tomorrow. I really want to do some major cleaning in there because my dad is giving me a desk he made several years ago that is going to be great to work on. I need to get rid of some stuff and move stuff around so I can get it. Maybe I'll do digi pages. I just got my CM software updated.
hoping to be able to play along in the mini with you all but I had a root canal done on Thursday and was unable to make it to work today due to the pain and discomfort. Hopefully it will subside some before the fun begins. :(
I'm excited about the mini -- I haven't been able to play along during the actual challenges for a long time, but I'm planning to be there at 2 pm EST. Can't wait to see what our hostesses have in store for us!
I'm getting my desk all prepped and ready! The hubs is trying to clear out the basement, and I rescued my favorite desk from down there and am setting it up in my craft room, so things are a bit in shambles right now!

My One Little Word for 2019 - Complete
I am officially childless! DH asked for DGS to be dropped off at his machine shop. They are going to design and cut out the Race car for DGS Pinewood Derby race coming up. Then they are going out for lunch and then to the milk store (where I am sure DGS will get his customary ice cream cone) and then I suggested they get Chinese take out for supper tonight so hopefully I won't see them until after the last challenge starts! (keeping fingers crossed)! It's snowing here again and I remember DH telling DGS they would make a snowman this afternoon so if they get home early, I'm SURE DGS will remind DH of those words
WOOHOO!! Although, it sounds like the boys are gonna have so much fun, I'm a little jealous!

oohhh, I guess it's actually Good Afternoon! Moving slow here today ... I got caught up in a rearranging my Scrap Room last night and stayed up really late trying to get it done. Just a little more to do! :o My desk is semi-cleared and I'm ready for some scrappin'!
I too think Terri's DGS day sounds like a blast, esp the snowman part. It's snowing here again too but we're not supposed to get much accumulation.
Quick trip to the post office and library and I'll be ready to go!

I'm sure all DH has is his cell phone and he won't think to take pics. He never does! They just had the Blue and Gold Banquet Tuesday and I asked him to bring his camera from work and his reply was, "I've got my phone". But of course he didn't take any pics then anyway! Each den had to make a cake and ours did one representing Camp Mack (which is the Cub Scout camp). So I didn't get to see any of the cakes cause the man didn't take any pics. He told me the den leader could email me some if I wanted. Men.....

Oh no! I hope you'll be feeling better soon. DH seems to have one of those done every year or so and they certainly appear to be NO FUN! Come hang out with us even if you don't feel up to creating.....We'll try to brighten your day!

Unfortunately I think DH got his times mixed up...they're ba-a-a-a-ck. DH informed me that DGS would be taking a nap...uh oh. Sounds like things didn't go quite as planned so we'll see how long I get quiet time!
