Went to M's on the 26th to see if I could use my 50% off coupon. Along an endcap in the scrapbooking section, I found sets of Cuttlebug Embossing Folders for $17.99. I got the "Give A Hoot" set which has two 5"x7" folders and two 4.25"x5.75" folders. These are the ones designed to coordinate with the Cricut cartridge with the same name. There must have been about 8 different sets on display.
Yea! It'll be nice to be able to use my coupons at Michaels again. I haven't found anything for several weeks to use my coupons on. I finally found a set of cookies sheets last week that I did need and the coupon worked on.
The Michaels in my area still have the original Cuttlebug folgers and have not brought in anything new. The only local place for me to get and see new ones is Joanns.
I wish they would re-do that section with new items.

Our JoAnn's is that way. I feel your pain!
There is still hope for you, though...take the extra time at your Michaels to seach the entire store for the new folders. As someone else mentioned, they are NOT with the other cuttlebug folders or related items. I found them cowering on a side-cap (not even an end-cap where they might be noticed when walking by) and would have totally missed them if I hadn't been looking down at something that had dropped on the floor. Good luck!
My Michaels doesn't have them yet but they have the stickers up ready for them. They are on the side of an endcap right next to the marvy punches. Don't know if it would be the same in other stores but thought I would post this just in case.

I'm disappointed they are selling them in bulk packages. I want to be able to pick and choose since those "package deals" usually have only one folder I'm interested in.

Me too. I wrote to Provocraft and complained. I told them I was willing to buy a single folder I really liked, but not willing to spend the money for four when I'd only use one. As a result, I ended up buying nothing. Got a really nice letter back from them asking me how they could satisfy me as a customer. Told them they could split up the sets and sell me just the folders I wanted and quit putting all their folders in special bundles in future. Their response was that they couldn't do that. Haven't bought a single provocraft folder since.

Try using Michaels coupons at JoAnns or Hobby Lobby. I think they take them. One of those places doesn't and I can't remember which one. I think it's Michaels that won't take Hobby Lobby's.
Recently, every time I'm in Michael's (which is alot - lol) they're unpacking boxes so hopefully that means when I go again, they'll have some new stuff.
I got a cute Valentine #4 folder set at ours the other day. Has a heart and dot large A2 size, Happy Valentines day, heart and flower. Can't wait to use it.
I got the 4-pack of Animal Prints, but can't seem to find out the names of the individual folders. I have all (80+ now!) of my folders labeled with the name and stored alphabetically so I can easily find the one I'm looking for. If no one knows, guess I'll have to name them myself - let's see, looks to me like Peacock, Zebra, Snake and Leopard - but it still bugs me not to know what the official names are!

I do something similar with my folders and have the same complaint about names! My solution is to name the folder and then include the 4-pack folder name after that in the title. That way I can easily find the folder I'm looking for (i.e. zebra), but I will also be aware there are 3 other folders in the set in case I need a different design and can only think of the name of one of them. I also include the "real name" of the folder on the label in case I submit a card for publication and need the product name for the submission information.

Yes, I feel the same way about the Tim Holtz sizzix folders. I wish I could get them individually. One folder is just the right splurge -- doesn't cost too much, doesn't take up too much room, something new to make cards with.
Still no sign of these at my local Michaels and nothing new either at Joanns, bummer!
Me either! Not have I found the nesties that I keep hearing about. :(

I agree. I find the same thing in the Michael's I go to. It seems all their stamping/embossing products never change. Same old, same old all the time. The AC Moore near my house carries a nice selection of embossing folders and now, some Spellbinders. The embossing folders are locked on the display so to buy one, you have to find an employee to unlock it and hand you one. Then they walk you to the register. Not kidding! Meanwhile, the more expensive stuff they sell isn't locked down. Needless to say I don't buy embossing folders there. Too long a process.
