This is my story!
1. It wasn't too long ago that I featured the sister to this little Teapot! I don't know if you all will remember when we had
Breakfast at Tiffany's, Teapot Tuesday Style? Well, it seems cute teapots run in the family and I could not resist featuring a teapot with a cute polka dotted heel on her head! Snort! One of the first things I am gonna tell you is that if you finish the sentence on her head in the commentary of your card when you upload you get extra points! For instance, my deal is I never put my shoes in the same place twice, they are always lost so I would finish the sentence like this:
Shoes were always...............
making me late, for an important date, with a good looking mate, who slammed me in the gate, and kept calling me Kate, which sorta ruined this big date but it musta been fate, that horrible date, cuz now I remember, that the shoes that I wore, are the ones that I hate! Oh what a date! Okay, now I get extra points for this teaparty. Extra points mean extra cookies! No, you can't have my extra points, you gotta earn your own cookies I mean points!!
2. See that guard in the uni? Yah, the one that's so puny! That's Holiday Hank, he's such a crank! He's always on call, especially when the holiday's fall. He's walkin slow and carefree, following Boisterous Bree. She's the next star of Glee but she's stuck in a holiday shopping spree! She's tall, thin and lanky, he's tall thin and cranky! She loves her hat with flowers, he's works way too many hours! She's dressed fun and festive, they say that his gun is defective! She's the next star of Glee, he just wants a new TV! She's can shop till she drops, he talks shop with the cops! If he can get in her face, he can slow down her pace. She needs to call it a day, he needs to go home, hit the hay!
3. Holiday Hank ran into Persnickety Paul , Bree's Choreographer. Believe it or not, those two have become wonderful friends over the past week. As different as they are, they both have Boisterous Bree in their lives! Paul is motivated, driven and talented, Hank is laid back, mellow and content! But, they do have a common goal. Boisterous Bree, You're the Next Star of Glee! Now be done with this holiday shopping spree!!
4. Leave the mall, Paul. Head on home, Hank. We will take it from here! They both are just clueless! Duh, just bring her anything and everything that she might possibly buy on sale this holiday season and before you know it, she'll be back in the studio practicing for Glee! Bring 42,000 handbags, hats, shoes, jewels and earrings. Bring watches, hair clips, bangles and bracelets. Bring scarfs, make up and perfume. Bring slacks, suits, and dresses. Bring vests, shirts and jackets. Bring bargains, bring BOGO's, bring all things on sale! Bring the Mall, on sale!!!
Now just in case Bree beat you to the sale item or snatched your sale stuff right outa your cart, then you can come in the back door by bringing anything musical! Bring instruments, music sheets, dance moves, musical notes! Bring Dance wear and dance shoes. Now you're beginning to see! Bring Everything Glee and do it for Bree, the next star of Glee!!!
Teapot Tuesday Destination Station #124
From Canada to Colorado! Don't put away that parka even though we've got no snow right now! This week's destination is just up the road from me in Littleton, Colorado. We are sending our cards to Abby, the daughter of a co-worker of Shane, the son of fellow SCSer/Teapotter
ConnieJo9 aka Con Air. How thoughtful of Shane to ask his mom if she could arrange for some hand-made cards to be mailed to his co-worker's daughter. Abby is 15 1/2 years old and her school year has ended because her chemo has begun! Abby had a Wilms tumor removed when she was just 18 months old. This November 9th, at Children's Hospital in Denver they found a lump in her lower back, an extremely rare (especially in teens) form of cancer. It will be treated aggressively. 4 weeks on chemo, 2 weeks off, 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off, on-going for an entire year. She is also looking at surgery to remove the mass possibly within 12 weeks.
