This week's SCS Inspiration Challenge comes from the wonderful dress shop Shabby Apple. After years of not being able to find stylish dresses that covered enough skin to make them really feel comfortable (without wearing a tank top, cardigan or long slip), owners Emily and CK decided to do something about it. Shabby Apple is proud to offer you fantastic dresses that allow you to look fabulous, without having to compromise anything else. I also love the names of their collections and the great settings of their photographs All That Jazz, Carousel, Oh La La to list a few.
Shabby Apple also focuses on helping women worldwide. Through their charitable work with women throughout Asia and Africa, they are able to convert dress sales into lifestyle changes for women and children.
For those of you who say you get overwhelmed with having too many choices, Ive uploaded three of my favorites so just stick with one (or all) of those for your inspiration. The rest of you, remember to let us know which product from Shabby Apple that inspired you.
I asked Diane (pinkberry) to join me this week in making an addition IC Sample.
Use the keyword: IC262 (no spaces or extra characters) when you upload your card, and make sure you put commas between your key words.
How to Play ~ View the attached images. You may be inspired to recreate the pieces ~ but that isn't necessary ... get your inspiration from the colors, layout, style or 'theme'. Just enjoy wherever your inspired creative journey takes you. Remember, if you are inspired by the creation of another artist, please do not use print-outs of the art in your creation or directly copy their work. Make the inspiration piece your own. Don't worry ~ no card is 'wrong' and there is no time limit for uploading your card for the challenge. There are no rules, so let your creative juices run wild ~ be *inspired* and go get stamping!
Don't forget about No Upload Sunday - Let's give the gallery moderators a day off and not upload on Sunday (unless, of course, you are a Fan Club member - yet another reason to spend a little money on your favorite site). Also, remember to link to your SCS gallery on this thread. Thank you for joining me on this inspiration journey.
Could go on and on on this site Stef but super busy day tomorrow with dental office Christmas party at MY HOUSE,,,,yikes, I have to clean up my craft room NOW since I know some will want to see where I do my thing! Here is my card:

What a fabulous challenge! I chose the Couran Cove page - how could I resist something from the Queensland Collection when Queensland is my home state?!
Meant to be practising the piano and leaving the house in a couple of hours, but when I saw the button bag I just had to make a quick Button Birthday.
I'll comment as and when I can .
I made another card (actually for the Speedy's Friends challenge, using the same papers and image as my inspiration card, so I guess it would also qualify.
