keep calling, start emailing, write letters to corporate if you have to. Keep records of every contact you have made, and if you mail something, at least get a delivery confirmation or signed receipt. The company may not care, but a bind it all is at least $70, plus any accessories and supplies you may have bought and now can' use. Make them as miserable as you are until the problem is fixed.
