SU Sizzlets ?

I have the SU Sizzlets dies (4 pack). They are labels/tag. My ? is the tag and one of the labels have "perforated" sections. Are these supposed to separate? Not sure if I'm making the correct sandwich for them or if they are supposed to look like that. It looks like they should separate to expose the center of the label/tag. Thanks for any info!

They are supposed to look perforated, they are not supposed to cut through.

The perforations are there for visual interest, but they can also be used as a guide line to cut that portion of the die cut out. That way you can do a layered look with multiple colors.

I thought they were meant to be score lines so if you stacked and bound a whole bunch together, it would be like a mini book.
