c. semi sweet choc chips
2 c. powdered sugar

Melt together butter and chocolate over low heat. Stir in powdered sugar and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat then boil 4 to 5 minutes, stirring continuously.

Makes 2 cups
Would this need to be kept refridgerated?
