I saw a technique in which the inside of a circle was cut out using punches to make a decorative round circle. I can't remember the name of this or how to do it. I thought I saved it, but without the name, I'm lost. I searched the SCS resources, but didn't find it there. Anyone know what I'm talking about? I think Becca F. did the original one.

This is the one you're looking for (I think). It should link to a post on Amazing Paper Grace - it's the video you want to see.
HTH!

I hope y'all found the info. It was also done as a Technique Lover's Challenge here. Included in the TLC193 instructions is a link to Becca's video. Just click the links if you want to check it out.
