Question Technique name &/or instructions?

I saw a technique in which the inside of a circle was cut out using punches to make a decorative round circle. I can't remember the name of this or how to do it. I thought I saved it, but without the name, I'm lost. I searched the SCS resources, but didn't find it there. Anyone know what I'm talking about? I think Becca F. did the original one.

This is an awesome laced circle from Becca's gallery: Each of Us Has a Song by Becca Stamps. By any chance, is that what you're looking for?

This is the one you're looking for (I think). It should link to a post on Amazing Paper Grace - it's the video you want to see.

I hope y'all found the info. It was also done as a Technique Lover's Challenge here. Included in the TLC193 instructions is a link to Becca's video. Just click the links if you want to check it out.

Thank you for giving the link to this tutorial. It is so simple to do this and the finish product looks so hard to do.
