I bought some white glittery fun foam with the idea that it would be neat to punch snowflakes out of them using my sizzlits dies and my big shot. I attempted to do this yesterday and it didn't work. Is there a way I can use the sizzlits dies on adhesive backed fun foam? What about my cricut? HELP! I wanted to use this for a class on Saturday that I need to prep for.

I would imagine it's too thick for the little sizzlits. Now, I'm sure the rule based dies like the bigz would cut it...but I've never tried either so I'm not sure. Not sure about the cricut either since I've resisted buying one so far:-)
I just think the stuff would be too thick for the small dies. Good luck!
When I tried with the sizzlits, it didn't cut the whole way through, so I was going to try to cut it out with a craft knife, but that just butchered the design.
Ladies.....Sizzlets will not cut through craft foam, sticky backed or not. Craft foam will work great with the steel rule dies by Sizzix.
Craft foam does cut in the Cricut and Expression but you need the Deep Cut Blade. Put pressure on Max, Speed 3 and Blade Depth 6. This will also work with the sticky backed craft foam.
I use craft foam in my BIGkick and Expression on a frequent basis.
I just got my first spellbinders in a trade. I could use them to do a background and cut the snowflakes from the sizzlits with colored CS. How do I make the sandwich for it? I have to try it with my cricut too! Thanks Ladies. I knew that someone would have ideas or knowledge.
