Question button tool

Does anyone know the name of the tool that takes the backs off buttons. I have tried many diffrent tools but they leave a piece of the button back still on it and the button is uneven on the back. Also where can I get one.

I use this (it cuts wire, too) so I can use it for old buttons with metal shanks.
