When:
Friday and Saturday Nights
February 4 and 5 (When you are starting to get tired of the winter weather, this is a great way to spend a weekend!!)
We could add another night (Thursday or Sunday) for $400 -- let me know if you are interested.
Cost:
Total cost of staying there is $2030.63, and I have already paid the $250 deposit.
Cost per person is $127 if we have 16 or fewer sign-up (Can accommodate up to 24 people)
When more sign-up, you will get some $$ refunded
My goal is to break-even
$50 is due when you sign-up. The remaining $77 is due January 5. Your payment is non-refundable, unless we get more than 24 people, and someone can take your place.
What:
Bring your own supplies to work on all weekend.
There will also be some games, prepared projects, and demonstrations.
Bring:
Your personal items (all linens are provided.)
Your crafting supplies.
We'll split meals into teams, so you will need to bring one or two meal items. Meal planning will be done after Christmas, and you will have the opportunity to sign-up then. The chores (meal prep, meal
clean-up, final clean-up) will be split amongst everyone.
