EXCITED! Grand Calibur bundle shipped to me today!
I don't know WHEN I've been this excited! Oh, the possibilities with those wonderful Grand dies. I preordered very early - anyone else get the email that yours is on its way?
I was rather disgruntled to see HL has the Grand Calibur in already - but it's just the machine - no Grand dies. Odd, don't you think?
That's exciting! HL has the Grand Calibur already? hmmmm....might have to make a shopping run. Molly, have you found a good place to buy the grand dies on sale?
I just ordered the GC bundle from Scrap-mart.com on the 22nd (3:00 pm), it showed it as a "pre-order" on their website then (and it still does now). Well I just received an e-mail from them today (the 26th at 5:00 pm) with a tracking number!! woo hoo!! It was shipped today and is suppose to arrive here Friday! I have never ordered from them before, but I will definitely be ordering from them again - very impressed!!

Cool!! I'm guessing you got it then when the price was lower than it is now (since you said you ordered yours awhile ago). I was debating about ordering it for the past week or two; and then when I finally decided to order, I noticed the price had gone up ($40 or $50??). So I wrote them and asked if it had gone up in price because I thought I had seen it cheaper on their site earlier in the week. They wrote back (right away too - I really am impressed with their CS) and she said there was a "glitch" in the system when the less expensive price was showing up. Oh well I still ordered it anyway because I had a coupon that brought it back down close to that price I had seen earlier.
Can't wait for the new toys to arrive on Friday! I'm feeling the excitement too! Enjoy yours!! : )
I couldn't think of what to ask for Christmas from dh this year(and he's getting a pretty darn nice MacBook Pro from me), so I told him I wanted this bundle. He ended up buying it last night without telling me until this morning when I freaked out and saw on the Spellbinders site that they're backordered. He got it just in time!!
