I buy mine from Oozak. They offer free shipping for orders over $50 and if you create a login, you get reduced member pricing. It's the cheapest place I've found and they ship really fast too.

Funny you asked . I just placed a huge order with Oozak.com and he sent me a shipping notice within a few hours after I placed the order. I will get the order at my doorstep 2 days from now. I always get my orders within 2-3 days after I place them.

If Oozak.com doesn't have it in stock, I order from Iheartpapers.com . They are reasonable and quick. I got my shipping notice the same day I placed my order.

I love using merriartist dotcom. She may not be the cheapest, but her shipping time and customer service are hands down the best I've experienced. She ships priority mail the same day if orders are placed prior to 2:00pm pst. I've never experienced a backorder and she carries every color and refill.

I keep searching joann.com and i can't find a set of copic markers. Does anyone have the link to the page or know if they still sell them. I can't find them by doing a search on the site.

definitely oozak. I have ordered from several other places and they are definitely the cheapest. Plus it doesn't take long to get to 50 for the free shipping but their shipping isn't bad even if you don't

I looked lately too and I didn't see them although they still have a picture of an array of Caio markers on the top of the marker page. I think they are not selling them any more as we were all cleaning them out with the 50% coupons. I recently bought a pile of them from Scrap-mart for $3.90 each and got free shipping b/c my order was over $50. However, it has dropped back under that b/c they were out of stock on 4 of them. Bummer. I ordered mostly the 000 and 0000 colours as I really have wanted those very pale ones.

I am from Canada, and have found this US company to be the best. They offer free shipping to Canada which never happens!!

The individual sketch price is pennies more per marker than oozaks, but the ciaos sets were way cheaper.
