Where do you find the large jumbo glass marbles that are flat on one side?
I got my first batch at Walmart but now they only have the small ones. Target and Michael's doesn't have them either. I'm looking for the ones that are about 1 inch in diameter.
I've been buying mine at Joann Fabrics. That is the only place I could find clear big ones! I haven't tried online but I'm sure they are out there. They are called Marble Accents on the topper. Good luck in your search.
I just bought some flat ones at Hobby Lobby (they were smaller) and then I found some at Michael's (the Marble Accent ones). They look to be about an inch in diameter.
I don't know if you have a store called Garden Ridge Pottery in Minnesota or not, but that is where I get them in Houston Texas---in their Floral Department. They sell for $1.88 and you get around 30-40---they are perfect for making the magnets. They always have them in stock.
My passion before rubber stamping was marble collecting.
I know the companies who make these flat gems.
I have emaileda couple of contacts to see who has them in stock.
I'll get back to you with the results.
