Okay. Maybe it's a bit overstepping my bounds, but as the resident editor here I will tell you that "Sisterhood of the LOSTies wishes Tracy a Happy Birthday" is correct. The verb tense matches with the main subject (Sisterhood) and not with the supporting clause (of the LOSTies). So, it's correct to say "Sisterhood wishes" because a Sisterhood is one cohesive group. Now, if you'd said "The LOSTies" then it would have been "the LOSTies wish."

Clear as mud???
