WT287 - Twine (09/09/10)
Today's challenge is to use a simple little product that I can't seem to be without. These days I have a twine addiction. It's simple, inexpensive, subtle and adds texture. What more could you want?
So how do you use it? I'd love to see! Do you use plain twine or striped? Do you thread buttons with it, tie your card with it, stitch with it? Pull out your twine and get busy creating for a fun challenge.
Please remember to put WT287 in your keywords section and post a link back here. We'd all love to see. Please link only newly uploaded projects to this challenge. And remember, it's not just all about cards. Layouts, altered projects, tags, gift bags...have fun with this challenge.

Fun challenge, Julia! I love using twine especially on fall and country-feeling cards. I thought I'd do something out of the ordinary for myself and use it in a new way. Thanks for getting me "out of the box"!

Oh, I love it. (the challenge AND twine) Since I can't make a bow, twine always works for me. Now I have a bigger challenge. I am at work and I always pack a few things, but no twine today, so I am going to scrounge bigtime. Thanks Julia. I'll be back.

Tractor for DH
I was so happy to use some antique twine from a old spool that a friend gifted me. I love twine and buttons. No naked buttons on my cards. LOL

Thanks for the challenge! Twine is so much fun.
For some reason SCS isn't letting me upload right now, so here is the link to my card via my blog post in the mean time. It will be in the gallery as soon as possible!
Have a Fine Day
