Clean and Simple (CAS) Favorites for the Week Ending August 22, 2010
Welcome to the Clean and Simple (CAS) favorites thread! ALL are invited to share links to their favorite CAS cards and projects from the past week's gallery right here so we can all appreciate them!
I'll get us started with these beauties I found:
lililindsay posted a beautiful one-layer scene with masterful sponging
girlgeek101's flip-flop card made me giggle at my own flopping this week and feel so much better about it...thanks, Audrie!
kstamper used flock with a light hand and the result is a gorgeous one-layer card
jaydeestamping made a cat-tail and red bird Birthday card that is soooooo pretty
hskelly used some delightful dp to make am adorable Birthday Wishes card
Heather T used a sponging technique on several brilliant cards this week, and I picked the autumn one to spotlight here because the colors make me want to smell leaves burning and to eat apple fritters from a local farm's fall festival...simply beautiful!
biggan posted an amazing octagonal scene card and notice how the sentiment peeks just a bit over the edge of the octagon...wouldn't you love to crawl inside Birgit's mind and see her genius at work?
LynniePoo used chalk and a touch of glitter on her simply gorgeous scene...wish my chalked projects looked this good!
cindybstampin made a sweet as can be tea cup card with a fun little button accent that is simply charming
whim6915 used soft colors and a gorgeous embossed frame on her serene sympathy card
stampinandrea's fun birthday candle card is accented with scored lines and some bling that make it extra special
stampjourney posted a simply delightful pumpkin card with fab coloring and one single simple perfect layer!
kandicejo made an amazing debossed card that is elegant and vintage at the same time
keuby's birdcage card is completely adorable!
Aimes star card is perfect with its punched stars and half-circles and soft colors
FubsyRuth used my favorite tree set EVER on her fun CAS80 card
cookiebaker used a lovely black and white color scheme on her fabulous Love One Another card
genesis used acrylic blocks to stamp her background for this sweet kraft card

I have a few favorites to add today...
the elegant simplicity of this card by miss_malihini
the ribbon on this one by hskelly really sets off the beautifully colored image
I love the shade of blue on this card by lateblossom and the brown really makes it eye catching
and this one by cinder238 wasn't tagged CAS, but falls under the category for me with the easy design and clean lines __________________ Libby ~ Proud Fan Club Member

I like the 3D flower and the use of patterned papers on this card by sf9erfan.
I like the colorful birdie birthday scene contrasted with the kraft card on this card by cookiestamper.
The happy frog, simple layout, bright colors and sparkly accents on this card by snail made me smile. __________________
