There are two versions this time. One with just SU! current colors and then one by color with retired colors too (i.e. all the reds together, all the blues together, etc.) The 2nd one is my favorite already. My version has some Papertrey Ink (PTI) colors included also but you could add or drop the names depending on the colors you have.
If you do the 2nd version, I recommend you print it out on plain paper, cut up your cardstock laying each piece on the paper in the correct place. Then rearrange to suit you, add or drop colors. Reprint on heavier white paper and then glue the strips down.

That is GENIUS!! I hope you get some free products from SU for inspiring them to make one. (Even though I know you got the inspiration from paint stores). But still.... you deserve some free products.
This is great! I LOVE PTI cs also, so this is so useful to me!!! Thank you so much for taking the time and trouble to create this and for sharing with us!
Thanks so much for this and thanks for the photo link. I am so visual that I was having trouble getting a mental picture of this. I know having this tool will be awesome!

This is great. Instead of wee pieces, it will work much better, and I am laminating mine so that I can not have to keep remaking if I spill or whatever.
Can be a klutz some days.

Great timing! I made the ones you did a few monthes ago, I loved and used them all time.
I just picked up my order with the new colors yesterday , and was wondering if I would be able to duplicate what you did before, but using the new colors.
Great idea putting all of one color on a card, I can see me using that one alot but I will still be making both versions.
Thank you so much for doing this and especially for sharing it with everyone
I modified Lisa's wonderful deck to delete the PTI (please-no more obsessions!) and added other SU colors that I have in stock. They include Purely Pom, Almost Amy, Barely Banana, Blue Bayou, and Groovy Guava.

I've updated this cardstock deck now that Stampin' Up! has brought back so many colors. I'm doing a new post here on Splicoast about it and also it is on my blog with the files and a video: Lisa E Design Blog: Cardstock Deck
Just thought I'd update this for anyone subscribing to this thread.
I went from the first way of organizing my SU colors, to Lisa's way (see photos). Wowzers! What a difference it makes. Thanks, Lisa, so much for the templates. As I am not a demonstrator, I have plenty of retired colors that I like and still use. I made some extra strips with just the retired colors. The color swatches are so easy to see and to hold up to match with designer paper. Lisa, you get the "Organizer of the Year" award. Thanks so much for sharing your idea.
