I would like to thank Dawn and Nancy for sampling with me this week! Thanks, girls!
Please keep in mind, too, that while we list SU colors for the challenges these are just color reference points. Use the closest colors you have. We want everyone to be able to play!!!
Please put CC280 in your keywords section (and if you have more than one challenge use a comma to separate them) so we can find your card! If you need help uploading click here!
I will be hosting the color challenges for the next few weeks. If there is a color combo you want to see using any of the new in colors, please pm me with the link to the card. Try to stay within three color choices. Thanks so much!
Wow, it's up! I'm gonna see what I can come up with Betty!

Oh, these colors are beautiful, Betty!! I really had fun with them. The peach parfait was a challenge for me, though. I don't have much of anything in the peachy line, but finally found a "mango" Crayola colored pencil that worked out super. Here's my card:

Betty, This color combo was really a challenge for me. I would not have thought about putting these colors together but I really like how they turned out. The DCWW DP really brought the colors together for me. I've popped up the main panel, Magnolia sitting on the ribbon, and a few of the glittery hearts for dessert. Thanks for the challenge! I'm pretty new at doing the challenges so if I'm missing something, let me know. Hugs, Trish hughesp Hearts Overflowing by hughesp at Splitcoaststampers
Here's card number 2. Thanks for all of the fun today ladies!

CC280 Blushing Rose
HERE is my card for the color challenge today. I did not have Peach Parfait so I used Apricot Appeal. I stamped my image using Old Olive and Regal Rose Ink pads and a blender pen. The ribbon is by Martha Stewart is Camelia Pink, which is almost an exact match to Regal Rose. I always struggle with color challenges for some reason...I can never quite put the colors together and usually wind up with a throw away card This one I think turned out okay....I will send it to my uncle who is having quadruple bypass surgery next Tuesday (he's only 82). I know it has pearls & ribbons and is not a masculine card, but he doesn't care...he loves everything I do
