Good Morning Mods!
I am getting emails from one of our SCSr's in India, who can no longer access SCS and is concerned she is doing something wrong, or has a virus. Please let me know if there is some way you can get Priyanka back into SCS. Any suggestions are appreciated!

I need help, please. For the last two or three days, I cannot upload a card. I get the message "cannot create an image. Contact the administrator." I do not know how to do that. I sent a message to the "Contact us" at the bottom of the page but have not heard anything. I am doing the same thing that I have done for years and do not know what is going on. Any help for me? Thanks for anything from anyone.

Thank you. I do not use a camera but a scanner. I had to move the scan to Paint and then change the paper size to a 4x6 borderless photo and resave it. Then it was smaller. - Then it worked fine. Thanks for all you do for us!
