An Avatar is the small picture that you see to the left of the posting area of some folks. See the picture of me? Keri downsized it for me!

I have photo editing programs, but I could NOT get my picture file size under the required 12K. Keri came to the rescue and fixed it for me.

Keri, I have a question. I also have Picture it! and I went to do a pic of my son, and when I sized it to 80X80, the picture is almost unrecognizable. Is this normal? or am I starting out with too high of resoloution in the first place? I took the photo with a digital camera.

I am not sure why my email is not working!! Just write it down and send the pics to me from your reg e-mail and see if that works...I know my email is working from everyone else!
And Dawn, set the view to 100% to knoa what the actual pic is going to look like. And if it still is not working for you send the pics to me and I will see what I can do. I take my digital pics and resize them all the time!

yipeeeee finally have a picture up that isn't so fuzzy... to bad I was pretty well "drunk" when this was taken a year ago at a friends wedding hubby and I stood up in... lol.. oh well!! :lol:

Ok - after messing around with my computer I figured it out. I don't have any current pictures of myself on my computer, so I picked a recent pic of my daughter Madison (4 yrs old). That will be changing soon as I am going to have my 2nd daughter at the end of Aug, so I will have 2 little girls to put up!

Thanks so much. This is our latest family picture. The little red head is Leslie who is 2, Ryan is the handsome little boy in the back and is 6, and Danielle is in the purple dress and is 4 1/2. Can't forget that 1/2. My DH is John. We are all wearing our Hawaii shirts. John and I went back in November for our 10 year anniversary (one reason why I couldn't become a demonstrator until May) and we decided that the family picture this year would be a Hawaiian theme.

I am having so much fun on this site looking around. There is so much to see.
