I don't know about you but I love getting meaningful comments on my cards! It seems like "challenge" cards get tons of comments while others go unnoticed.
Wanna help me in spreading the love!
Here's my challenge...
- On the main page under Most Recent Gallery Addions click on TODAY'S ADDITIONS
- click on the LAST NUMBER
- Start COMMENTING (more than one word or short sentence)!
You can pick out the cards that have none or very few comments as your focus and/or just comment on any of the projects you like
As an added bonus, you may find that the more you comment, the more comments you get on your cards!
You can post on this thread to bump it to keep people playing if you like.
Let's go spread some love!

Thanks for posting this Trish! I try to do this sometimes, but I have been a bit remiss as of late.
I like to sort the cards by number of comments and check out all the ones that are still zero. It is amazing how many beautiful cards have absolutely no comments!
I didn't even know you could sort by comments. How do you do that?
I didn't know about it for the longest time either. There may be more than one way, but here's mine. I'll give step by step directions so anyone that is interested can try it out.
-Go to the gallery
-Click on last day
-Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page
-There is a drop down box that says "Sort by - Posted date", change it to " Sort by - # of comments"
-Next to it is a drop down box that says "Timefame - beginning", change that to the time frame you want. If you want to only see that cards that were uploaded in the past 24 hours change it to "last day", but there are a bunch of different options.
-Finally there is a box that says "Order - Descending", change it to "Order - Ascending" if you want to see the cards with zero comments first.
-Hit the sort now button and you are done.
A quick note about this, because you are sorting on # of comments, they are not always in order of upload anymore. So some of the cards may have zero comments because they have just been uploaded in the previous minutes. I usually look at the upload date to see that it was uploaded about a day ago. When I did this today (Tuesday) I looked for the cards that had been uploaded on Monday.
I will join. I look at so many wonderful cards and even add them to my favorites, but rarely leave a comment. So much work is put into some of these marvelous creations, they deserve some acknowledgment. Off to do that right now. Thanks for the reminder.
With limited time some people like myself love to go into the gallery to check out cards but do not have time to comment. If I love a card I favorite it so I can always check it out again. I feel favoring a card is better the wasting sweet minutes commenting on it.

Sheena
Don't worry about just favoriting and not leaving a comment Sheena. If that is all you have time to do, then your favorites are still appreciated. I LOVE it when my cards get favorited. I recently had a card that got over 100 favorites that made me ecstatic! Some of us try to go and leave comments for cards that might not have gotten the attention they deserve, but that is definitely not something that everyone has time to do. But thank you very much for favoriting people's cards, I know there are a lot of us who really appreciate it!
Special thanks to Trish for starting this thread and leaving me comments. Although I don't always have time to comment like I want to especially now that school is out and the kiddo are home.
I wanted to mention about our Gallery comment game found here:

Sheena
I guess I can underestand that.
For myself I dont' really look at how many times my card was favorited, but I do look at all the comments.
Anything is better than nothing at all.
I enjoy commenting and getting comments so I'm just trying to remind others who can to do it too.
Thanks for your input.

aw.. i just took mine for a walk more like chasing squirrels lol
LOL - Mine loves to chase the squirrels in our back yard. We have a rather long fence that borders our property and backs up against a filbert orchard on one end. The squirrels love to "harvest" the filberts and then run along the fence to take them to their "home". Drives the poor dog nuts some days!
I will play tonight Trish! I am off to finish up some deadline projects but your post caught my eye. I totally agree that some wonderful talent goes unnoticed unless it is in the challenge gallery. And I do mean amazing!! Thanks for starting this thread and for Patty reminding us of the one she is on. Such a small way to make someone`s day is certainly worth the time. Have a fabulous day everyone!!
I'll play today too, Trish. Thanks for starting this. There are so many beautiful cards that go completely unnoticed and it is a little bit heartbreaking to see. I can understand somewhat since there are just so many uploads each day it is hard to keep up with everything. I do try to leave some love for these cards whenever I can.

HTH!
I do this all the time......there are just so many cards in the gallery that often some are missed. Just waaayyy too many cards that are fabulous sitting with zero comments. I have done this for years and I always figured that someone has spent a lot of time and energy and thought to put it all together.....they are appreciated too!!
I'll play...I enjoy looking and commenting on the cards...and I often wonder too how some of the cards are missed..."never enough time to look at as many cards as I would like to...

I have to say that Trish was one of the earliest people to leave a comment when I first started posting and it meant a lot! I try to comment as much as I can - I have "met" some wonderful people by doing that because often they comment back!
Heh I'm only a newbie and I left a comment on someone's card in the gallery today ... one that was showing up as newly listed. I'm thrilled to now read this! Alz
