hi charterchick, welcome from Brooklyn.... i think we switched our weather with yours LOL because it was warm and humid here today, and this morning it rained for like ten minutes(yesterday it was freezing...well, i have heard 'if you don't like the weather in New England, wait ten minutes' LOL)
I'm glad to hear you are already finding your way around the site... everyone has their favorite forum, I enjoy reading the posts where SCSers review new craft supplies... i think of those as Consumers Reports for the Stamping Set LOL
Swaps are fun, and are a nice way to get me motivated to try something new... also, I like to look in the gallery to get inspired (LOL otherwise every one of my cards look the same to me and i get bored, the gallery is anice way to see colors that match, as well as composition of a card.)

Welcome! I love St Augustine. My MIL lives there...we lived there one summer when DH was in training. There is a neat stamp store there that my MIL goes to when I need something I can't get online! I don't know the name of it, but the lady there is really nice! I think it is right downtown.
