I hope you all have a wonderful day! It seems like the majority of the moms in our little court got flowers for Mother's Day as they were all out this afternoon planting. There are only 10 houses on our court and it looks so pretty when you drive in with all the fresh mowed lawns and flowers.
~ Flip Flop Cards ~
This challenge came as a suggestion from Bensarmom (Sue). I know it was done a while back for a VSN challenge, but never for the TLC. There are several youtube videos on how to make the cuts, but I found Beate's tutorial here on SCS to be the best an most thorough. You can find Beate's tutorial HERE.
Keep in mind these things...
Measure twice, cut once
Be patient
Photograph from two angles (best way to see the whole card)
Holly, can't wait to play. I got mine cut out but need to decorate it. Tonight after work and a school concert, hopefully!

Oh - these are such fun and I don't do them often enough.
After housework-lite last week I really have to do a proper job this week, but I hope to get time after that.

So how cool is this? You all have such amazing ways of pushing enough to get us to develop new skills in crafting, but not so much that we each blow a gasket in frustration! Thanks!
I love different shaped cards so couldn't resist this challenge.
Really wanted to play with the Autumn traditions DSP I just got and have a brother-in-laws birthday in a couple of days, here (Australia) it is Autumn so it seemed like a good place to start.
Very pleased with how this came up and will be doing this type of card again. Thanks for the challenge!
