Keep a post at the top?

I have a giveaway on my blog, and I would like to keep that post at the top until the giveaway is over, but I'm not sure how. I know it can be done because I have seen other people do it on their blog. I use Blogger, so if anyone can help me, I would really appreciate it!

Sure - just set the date of the post way out into the future and it will stay on top

How do I change the date? The post has been on my blog since Monday. Is there a way I can go back in and change the date? I went to edit post, but I didn't see a way to chage the date.

After you go in to edit the post below your post on the left it will say post options. Click that and the date fields will open. Change em and hit publish!

Thanks so much! I knew you could schedule posts, but I didn't know that once you had a post up you could change the date like that! I think in a couple of years I'll actually start to figure this stuff out LOL!
