I think they are supposed to be stored upside down.

I have been storing mine upside down, but in the past year they seem to be leaking or something!

Make sure there are no tiny treads caught in the lid when you shut them. This will prevent them from leaking......ask me how I know.

I was told that I was NOT to store my stampin spots upside down. I spoke to about 10 SU demos on line and they all told me no.
I haven't and have had no problems.
