Several people asked how I got the lines of punched holes straight on my 'Just a word...' notecards here and here, so I've written some instructions with photos. The cards are really easy to make - it's just a matter of measuring carefully! The hard bit was working out which measurements would look best, but that's all done in the instructions so I hope it's straightforward!
I've done a card in inches for the Americans, and another in centimetres for us Brits & Europeans!
Let me know if I've missed anything or got anything wrong - it's my first time uploading instructions!
NB: the file size is large, so it will take a few minutes to upoad!
WOW! What wonderfully written and easy to follow instructions! You truly are an exceptional member of SCS we are lucky to have you!!
Thank you!

WOW ... time-consuming but fairly easy and moreso because your instructions and photos are clear. As an American friend I appreciate that you included inches!
Thank you so very much, Sally. And thanks for the PM, otherwise I'm not sure if I would have found this! I'm really looking forward to trying it!

This is great Sally thanks so much, what an enabler you are!
However, I would just like to say we Brits may have gone metric way back in the '70s but my head still works in inches ... I have only just started using grams (sometimes!!) in the cooking department for goodness sake so there is no hope for centimetres in my craft room LOL ..... only kidding ;)
Really great instructions, much appreciated
Sally, thank you for sharing your wonderful instructions. Making these are a lot of work and it is just so kind and thoughtful of you to share your wonderful ideas and talent.
