TLC267 ~ Do Me A Favor ~ (04/05/10)
Hello, Friends!
You are not going to believe this�. When we awoke this morning it was in the mid 40s and the sun was shining in all it�s glory. By 11am, there were snowflakes flying. It snowed for no more than 10 minutes and the sun came back out. By mid afternoon, it was sunny and gorgeous. I was standing in my yard looking at a tree with buds on it! This IS spring in Colorado!
~ Do Me A Favor ~
Since spring is upon us, no doubt party season is at hand. There will be weddings, showers, pool parties (wishful thinking!) and the like. As paper artists, we do like to involve our craft in these things! So, today I am challenging you to create a party favor. There are so many different types.
� Pillow boxes
� Paper cones
� Sour Cream containers
� And many more.
There are several, such as these in the resources section.
I found a website that has free templates also:

OR� you could get creative and design one of your own!

Depends on what you made. There is a category for boxes and bags that has several subcategories. If it doesn't fall into any of those, there is an "other boxes" option  |

Yikes! Well, we're fortunate here on the east side of the range. It's passing right over us, but my hubster is up in Vail (on the divide) and says it has been snowing for quite a bit. They are to get up to 18" up there. |

Wasn't that fun! I hardly ever do 3D stuff, I always forget that aspect of crafting. After I finished I was so pleased with myself, and surprised, that the little flower holder turned out exactly as I saw it in my head, that I am now making another 7 and I'm going to host a ladies afternoon high tea with my pink impression glass luncheon set. Thanks that got a whole event planned!
