Hi, I am new to SCS. I was introduced to Stampin' Up last year and have become a big fan. I have been stamping with my sister for approx 10 years & also love scrapbooking. Life got a bit out of control over the past few years & I haven't done anywhere near as much stamping or scrapbooking as I would of liked to.
I have decided that needs to change & am trying to find my mojo again.
I love the Stampin' Up stamps & have started going to workshops & technique classes again.
I have been cruising through the galleries & you are all very talented. I have really enjoyed seeing what different people do with the different stamp sets.
I've never been one for forums before so hopefully I don't make too many mistakes. I have read through quite a few of the 'new people' threads & rules etc.
I will keep looking through the galleries now. Just wanted to introduce myself.
Hi Carley and welcome to SCS. I'm from New Zealand and also love Stampin'Up stamp sets. In fact I was introduced to this forum (my first) by my SU rep. Check out Technique Spotlight (it is on the 'gallery' page and is under SU! Galleries) and click on See More Technique Galleries for a whole lot of great techniques to try.
Happy browsing!
Stephanie

Okay - you're kind of the teacher's pet today - I LOVE BRISBANE!!! My dad got an honorary degree from QUT so I got to spend 10 days there and have told everyone since it's the only other place I've ever wanted to live!
Let me know if I can help you with anything on the site, and a very warm welcome from Texas.
Hey Understandblue, I must admit I love living in Brisbane. The weather is beautiful & the people are friendly. Always nice to hear when others like it too!!!
I'm headed to Sydney and Melbourne next month for SIA and some Copic Marker certifications. I live here at Splitcoast, so I'm happy to have you drop my home. I can't wait to visit yours.
