I will make a card too for this. This is such a great thing. I have a friend that is in the nursing home with terminal cancer that just went in there, and I asked girls to make cards for her too. And her mailbox is full every day from all you wonderful ladies.
So the cards you are making for this challange I'm asking if you would make one for my friend too. You can pm me for the addy...Thanks a lot...Pat (foxy67)
Well, Over the past week or so I've been working on getting a box together to send to this month's Cards for a Cause. I wanted to finish that project up today, so this challenge fits right in. Now technically these are not new cards. These are old card front samples that I've had for years. I take them and "spruce them up" to make them into a presentable card. Many are dog earred and some not so great swaps from years ago. After dinner I will try and make a new card for next month's box.
I uploaded a card for this WT today. I haven't been on SCS much for quite awhile. But today I felt like trying again after a message from one of my favorite challenge card makers, Allee's. Thanks Lynn for the gentle push. I just took another look at this WT262 gallery and I really love all the nice sentiments. Guess I will have to use my Favorite technique which is "casing" Here is my CARD FOR A FRIEND

What an awesome challenge, and what perfect timing! I've been crafting for my church's women's ministry event this Saturday. We've called it "A Cup of Encouragement: Women Inspiring Women". We can all use some encouragement right now, can't we? Here's the flower pen and notepad holder that each woman will take home with them:
My mother asked me to make her a set of "thinking of you" cards for her to send to her elderly friends who are facing health and family challenges. So I'm doing quite a few:
