Keywords: SC273 No spaces between letters and numbers, put a comma followed by a space between keywords. The keywords are all you need to have your card show up in the challenge gallery, having it in the keyword line covers more searches. Posting to this thread is not mandatory to play! ***************************** What is the Sketch Challenge: in Andreas words from SC08 (Andrea is the founder of the challenge): "You take the sketch I provided and use any stamp set, any accessory, and any kind of paper to make a card. So all of the cards have the same basic layout, but they all look very different." -It is fine to flip the sketch, change panel sizes, shapes, card size and border as you wish (unless stated in the write up for the week), a little tweaking is fine but lets see those main elements of the posted layout please. (The numbers and colors are requested from players so it's easier to read the layout, it means nothing towards colors used or number of borders when creating your project.)
Master Thread Find email notification, uploading and linking directions, files and links of past challenges.
--If you cannot see the attachment,Check the first upload for SCSketches linked above and skim through the Gally Submissions linked below...the layout is there.
--Do to the site maintenance : all I can suggest if your card doesnt show in the challenge gallery and you are not worried about loosing comments is to edit (in the lower right corner of the description box youll see edit photo), check the delete box and submit, then re-upload your card. Neither I nor the mods have control over the gallery. This procedure has worked for some players in the past. Good luck!
--Please expect some out of order comments on your card until the date issue is resolved.
Now for this week:
A very simple layout this week and I drew all the layers and borders on the attachment because I thought they contributed so much to the over all look4 and 5 should be the focal point and if you choose to use all the layers or not is your choice.
You can find measurements in my card description in post #2. Open the link and they will be at the top of the description. OR The attachment will print out to actual size of an A2 card for most computers. A2 is 4.25 x 5.5 inches.
Printing directions are in the Master Thread linked above.

If you have uploaded a card and can't see it in your own gallery....check the very last page of your gallery (the oldest cards in your gallery). Some of today's uploads (not just mine) are being dated "1901" and they show up at the *bottom* of your gallery!
I don't see the sketch either and I tried last week's sketch too and couldn't see that either. I was hoping to play before going to bed, but I may have to wait until the morning - boo hoo!
The site didn't accept the attachment when I uploaded the first time...then I couldn't get on the site for at least an hour but the sketch is there now and it's just after midnight eastern time.

Thank you Lisa, I put a note in the opening post and directed them to your post!
Thanks for a great layout, Roxie! And thanks to Lisa for the tip to find the newly posted card at the end of the gallery...that's where mine was, too. Here is MY CARD.

Thank you for todays wonderful sketch challenge, I was hoping to get this on early so just in case the site is down all day. And yep I made it 6:15 however I must be REALLY OLD since my card is DATED DEC 1901........LOL
Unfortunately due to major time travel on my part, you may not be able to find it. Apparently I am quite the clairvoyant and upload this card on my birthday December 13th, 1901!!!! I look REALLY good for being 109 years old!

A word to the wise! The quickest way to locate and comment on the cards in today's challenge is to come here to the thread and click on the link each person has added.
If not, you'll have to search for the card at the back of their gallery.
My card was also found in the beginning/end of my gallery...Like it was the very first card I ever made ;) yeah right! LOL!
Here's my card for today's sketch challenge...
Here is mine. I got caught in the middle of a brief outage but I think I finally made it, though with the 1901 date it was on page 10 rather than page 1 of my gallery. For now, I moved it to an album LOL!
I really like this sketch - thank you Roxie, and I know you have had a struggle getting this all set up this week
. Your work is much appreciated.
I just read the previous posts. I think we are all to be congratulated for how well we are doing at our age - and considering these cards were made early in our careers, they look great too!!!
