New member, longtime lurker!

Hi everyone - I have been a longtime lurker in this community, but thought it was about time to join the party!

I am from southwestern Ontario, and live right on the border of Detroit Michigan, so I get the best of both nations.

I have been scrapbooking for about 15 years, and card making for 3 years or so. Previously I was a Creative Memories consultant (which is how I, like so many others) got my start in scrapbooking (which is still my first love for crafting), but have opened my mind to all the possibilities out there in the crafting world.

So, just wanted to stop by and say hi.

Hi, and thanks for the welcome. As I said, I have been lurking on here for a while (actually about 2 years), and I love how close this community is - even when people disagree with each other, they are usually very respectful when they do it. And, I definitely draw a lot of inspiration from all of the extremely talented people here - my scrapbooks would never look as good as they do without all of you!
