Clean and Simple (CAS) Favorites for Week Ending March 14, 2010
Good morning ladies! Susan asked me to start the Clean and Simple Favorites thread for this week as she has company and her beloved dog was diagnosed with cancer. Let's all keep her and her family in prayer this week. Here are some Clean and Simple cards that particularly caught my eye this week. What are your favorites? Please share them with us and show us what we've missed. I do have a tendency to showcase the underdog whose galleries don't get much attention, so a lot of stampers that I mention will probably be new to you. I think they deserve some much needed recognition. I really loved all of the CAS cards, but wanted to show you some new artists that are not usually mentioned.
FusbyRuth Good Luck Owl. Considering all of the colors used on this card, it's still a perfect Clean and Simple card with a lot of white open space. It's fabulous!
Of course, it's always a given that our fearless leader Jen and Susan's cards are always our favs, as well as the rest of the CAS DT! Enjoy your Sunday and God bless you!
PS: I had really posted this last night but the thread disappeared. I suppose it was because SCS was a little wonky yesterday. I am sorry for the delay.

My thoughts and prayers are with Susan! Thanks so much Cindy for stepping up as she takes some time with her company and to take care of her dog!
I really appreciate you choosing my card as a CAS fave this week!! I can't wait to see all the other selections too! I love that you have chosen some new faces and fresh styles for us to look at! :-)
Cindy H, thank you SO much for mentioning my card. I always think that CAS is my weakest style and you gave me encouragement to keep at it! I feel very honored that you would include me with those other CAS "Masters"!
Thank you so much, Cindy, for listing my card and saying such nice things about it. It's my first time ever being listed in the CAS Favorites of the Week. I'm thrilled as I'm quite new to all this. And thanks to all the people who put comments on my cards - it's really encouraging.
Wishing Susan all the best with her dog - I went through that with a dog a few years ago and it is so hard.
My thoughts and prayers go out to Susan and her family. We too have been through this and it is so difficult. Thanks Cindy for stepping in.
Thanks Trish G for mentioning my To Brighten Your Day. I am truly honored and thrilled every time I see my name on this list!!! There is so much great talent on SCS and it is hard to recognize every one who deserves a shout out. Those who take the time to list your favorites each week are gems in my book! Thank you!
Now on to some of my favorites. va.sunshine LynniePoo Chupa hskelly Freshn`Sassy sunshinestgurl lisabeepianolovin
Check these out! You may find a new stamper. Please leave them some love. Thanks!
Oh wow! This really is my week. First Cindy mentioned one of my cards and now Sally has mentioned another one. Thank you so much!! I'm feeling totally inspired. I joined SCS in 2008 but only got up the courage to start posting cards in December 2009. I've learned so much from all of you and your cards.

I didn't have much time in the gallery this week, and no time to stamp. :( Our church is moving into our new building today! Hooray! and I have the job of moving the church library next weekend. With packing, unloading and setting up and then doing it again *next* week, I think I'll be busy for a while! ;) I do plan on trying to sneak in some card time on Monday...hopefully!

Judi - thanks so much for mentioning my fairy card - it sure made my day! I've been feeling kind of out of it in the card making area lately so this really helped me. Thanks Karen for letting me know about it too. Hugs, Harriet
